RETURNS: Vintage Items
Due to the limited nature of these items, all vintage accessories, jewelry and eyewear are non-returnable. Most of our vintage items are pre-worn and may show signs of age. If your item is grossly misrepresented, we will offer a store credit for the full purchase price, including shipping. These rare returns most be postmarked within 72 hours of the original delivery date and shipped via traceable and insured mail. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Please do not purchase vintage items to try on and return, as we provide accurate measurements for each piece. We maintain detailed photo and inspect each item carefully, so please be aware when requesting a return.
RETURNS: New Items
All returns must be authorized by Choc Du Chic. Returns and exchanges for new items are accepted within 14 days for domestic and 21 days for international purchases from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. Returns must be received in NEW and UNWORN condition and with all tags attached. Please contact us at info@chocduchic.com to request a return, and you will be given our return address and instructions. Please note that all jewelry, eyewear, gift cards and sale items are FINAL SALE.
